30,000th MUSEUM VISITOR!
August 18, 2014

There is always harmony in life, and when something bad happens, something good happens, too. As we’ve been dealing with the aftermath of a devastating storm over the past few days, we’ve also had cause to celebrate: our 30,000th visitor. Not just one, but two visitors—Daniel Conway and his 10-year-old daughter, Celia Conway, from Manchester, England! They planned their visit to Riga and to our museum as Daniel’s grandmother was born in Riga. She left Riga in 1890 and moved to England.
Our visitors received a book published by our museum as a gift and a certificate in their names for a tree in the Hills of Jerusalem.
